Register to take the OPI with 2 weeks of your return from study abroad.

CUM GPA=2.5/French GPA=2.75 - New requirement (fall '09) will be 2.75 cumulative, 3.0 in the language.

Middle-level “highly qualified” endorsement (not required, but strongly recommended)
